IBM MQ or WEBSPEHERE MQ Developer

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IBM MQ administration and development across enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in MQ Queue Managers, channels, clusters, queues, SSL/TLS configuration, and MQ security.
- Experience in designing and supporting high-volume messaging solutions for Banking and Financial Services applications.
- Good understanding of MQ monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident management.
- Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and integration with Java/Spring Boot applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container platforms such as OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and participation in sprint ceremonies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience working in global banking teams.
