ALM Tools Engineer – Requirements Management (Codebeamer/DOORS/Jama)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated requirements engineer to support product development by managing engineering requirements, improving requirements quality, and collaborating with engineering, project management, and IT teams to develop internal software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and maintain system and capability requirements.
• Manage requirements traceability, change management, and gap analysis using Codebeamer or similar tools.
• Apply systems engineering best practices, including INCOSE and EARS principles.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams on development backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritisation.
• Support requirements validation, verification, test planning, and test case development.
• Develop and maintain integration requirements and data models.
• Promote effective adoption of systems engineering processes and tools.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, product design, software requirements, or a related field.
• Knowledge of requirements development, management, traceability, and validation.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, or Jama.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
