Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will design and build scalable backend systems, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, high-performing enterprise solutions. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, expand your technical expertise, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced consulting environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based backend applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance REST & SOAP web services.
• Work in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML-driven backend services.
• Implement cloud-native and serverless solutions on AWS.
• Follow secure coding standards and OWASP best practices.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Lead and global stakeholders.

Your Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development and Backend architecture design.
• Strong experience building enterprise-grade, modular, and extensible systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot applications, cloud, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered backend services and LLM integrations.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures.
• .NET / C# / .NET Core development experience.
• Experience in Oracle and MongoDB.
