Experience with PHP and object-oriented server-side development (ideally with Phalcon or similar high-performance frameworks) is good to have.

• Solid understanding of application scalability — building and operating high-throughput, integration-heavy systems, and reasoning about performance and data correctness under load.
• Hands-on experience with full application stack: modern Angular (Angular 2+ with TypeScript) and Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript services for event-driven, real-time applications, with solid experience across both relational (for example, MySQL or Postgres) and NoSQL datastores (for example, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Redis).
• Experience integrating with third-party communications platforms (for example, Twilio) for voice, SMS, or email.
• Background modernizing or migrating a legacy application (for example, framework or major-version upgrades) with minimal disruption.
