Product Manager

Responsible for overseeing the development and positioning of the product. Delivering Product demonstrations and handholding, enabling our customers to successfully install and use our products in schools. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience preferences, and strategies to drive success. The Product Manager will collaborate with sales and training teams while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations.
• Planning and conducting refresher product training for teachers.
• Fortnightly report on usage for the Product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks.
• Share customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
• Retention of the Existing Customers
• Ongoing client support and engagement
• To ensure all service Parameters are monitored, tracked, and accurately delivered
• Responsible for service internal customers/ New updates on products and services.
• Identify new freelance trainers for the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the sales team on data-driven insights to maximize profitability and reach.
• Track and Increase product usage

Supervision:

• Reports to PM Head
