Full Stack Engineer

Position Name : Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer - Front end focused

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer – Tech Lead with strong front-end expertise to

design and build AI-native applications for healthcare revenue cycle management. The

role involves leading development of responsive web interfaces, integrating backend

services, and ensuring production-grade reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of web applications using React and modern frontendframeworks.
• Integrate front-end with Java/Spring Boot microservices and AI workflows.
• Drive performance, observability, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, QA, Governance).
• Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.

Required Skills:

• Experience Required: 6–10 Years
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/ Engineering/IT (mandatory)
• AI/ML or Generative AI certifications (preferred)
• Strong expertise in React / modern frontend frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and backend integration.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to AI/LLM workflows (RAG, agentic systems) is a plus.
• Proven leadership in delivering scalable, reliable applications

Shift require: 3.00p.m to 12.00a.m IST
