As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in refining and optimizing system components to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
