EIR/Founder's Office

We are looking for a few EIR's with 3–5 years of experience who are curious, entrepreneurial, and excited by ambiguous problems.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the leadership team on high-priority strategic and business problems.
• Break down ambiguous questions, build hypotheses, and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Work across strategy, operations, growth, and new initiatives depending on the problem at hand.
• Own projects from problem definition to execution and impact.
• Get exposure to different parts of the business and potentially build new initiatives from scratch.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of strong professional experience; consulting, startups, investing, or high-ownership roles are a plus.
• Sharp problem solver who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting for a defined playbook.
• High curiosity, learning agility, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High agency — someone who sees a problem and takes ownership of solving it.
