What You'll Build

• 0→1 product & architecture
• AI/LLM pipelines
• Search, matching & ranking systems
• Backend, APIs & data infrastructure
• Candidate intelligence & identity systems
• Foundation of the engineering team

Who We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years in core engineering
• Strong Python / Go / Node.js
• Excellent system-design fundamentals
• LLMs, embeddings, semantic search / ML exposure
• Strong product thinking
• Builder first. Manager later.
