Associate Product Manager (APM)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and improve our B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, business, and customers to turn problems into simple, useful product experiences.

What You'll Do

• Gather requirements from customers and internal teams.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work with engineering and design teams to deliver product features.
• Analyze user feedback, product usage, and business metrics.
• Help prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
• Define and test product requirements before release.
• Monitor features after launch and identify improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve product and customer issues.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Ability to write clear PRDs/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with engineering/technology teams.
• Comfortable using tools such as SQL, Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar products.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and web applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with AI/GenAI-powered products.
• Experience with HRTech, recruitment, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic technical concepts.
• Experience using product analytics tools.
• MBA or equivalent business/product education.
