Lead Software Engineer

P2C3STSServe as an embedded member of the engineering team, contributing hands-on to application development, test automation, and software quality initiatives across the SDLC using technologies such as Java, Selenium, Playwright, REST APIs, SQL Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test suites for UI, API, integration, and backend testing, with strong coding practices and version control through Git. Work closely with developers and product partners to translate requirements into testable solutions, validate business and technical acceptance criteria, and perform functional and regression testing across distributed applications and services. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution into tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, analyzing test failures, supporting defect triage, and improving release reliability. Support engineering best practices through code reviews, root cause analysis, test data setup, environment validation, SQL-based data verification, and continuous improvement of automation coverage, framework stability, and cloud-based test execution.Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.Develop front-end functionality using Angular and/or React.js.Develop backend applications and services using Java and Spring BootDesign, develop, and integrate REST APIs and microservices.Implement business logic, service layers, data-access components, and application integrations.Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-quality code.Troubleshoot application issues across front-end, backend, API, database, and integration layers. .
