Platform Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Platform Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for a large-scale, cloud-native AI platform.

The role will own architectural decisions across LLM integration, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. You will lead the architecture review process and serve as the senior technical point of contact.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end platform architecture across all technical domains.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and lead the architecture review board.
• Define integration architecture across enterprise systems and communication channels.
• Design AI agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflow models.
• Define security architecture covering identity, access control, audit, and data governance.
• Review and approve API contracts, data schemas, and tool definitions.
• Mentor engineering teams on design patterns and best practices.
• Lead technical client-facing discussions and solutioning sessions.Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in platform or solution architecture.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and agentic system design patterns.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platform design at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience with event-driven architecture, including Kafka or equivalent message streaming.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with graph and relational databases, vector stores, and RAG pipeline design.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, including OAuth 2.0, RBAC/ABAC, and zero-trust.
• Experience with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong communication skills across both engineering and executive audiences.Nice to Have

• Background in ITSM or enterprise service management.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent Azure certification.
