We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer(React+Java) to:

• design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications with primary focus on building intuitive and scalable user experience using React
• build high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Redux + Thunk, and Vite, with a strong focus on performance, usability, maintainability, and accessibility
• develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java and modern engineering frameworks
• contribute to the evolution of the applications, helping drive modernization, scalability, automation, and operational excellence
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing requirements and developing new features to automated testing and continuous deployment
• build reusable UI components and shared engineering capabilities that accelerate delivery across multiple products and services
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, provide L3 support to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• leverage AI tooling (GitHub Copilot and similar) in day-to-day development and help the team automate repetitive engineering workflows using MCP-based integrations
• work comfortably across both modern React paradigms and legacy codebases, including maintaining and evolving React class components, with a solid understanding of component lifecycle methods and migration strategies toward hooks-based architectures
• contribute to frontend architecture discussions, advocate for client needs and influence the long-term technical direction of the platform
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

You will be working in the Connectivity Crew within Agency Trading, focused on building and evolving the platforms, services, and tooling that enable reliable interaction with markets, clients, and internal systems.

The team is driving engineering transformation through modern software practices, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate delivery. This includes both business-facing applications and engineering enablement initiatives that help teams build, test, deploy, and operate software more effectively.

We are looking for engineers who are passionate about building robust software systems while leveraging modern AI technologies to solve complex business and engineering challenges.

Your Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Full Stack software development in financial services or electronic trading sector
• strong hands-on expertise in React, Typescript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• strong experience with Redux and Redux Thunk
• solid understanding of React Hooks, Context API, component composition, and performance optimisation techniques
• proficiency with modern frontend tooling, including Vite
• hands-on experience with React class components and lifecycle methods
• experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
• strong knowledge of Java/Spring & T-SQL; experience in developing enterprise applications using Java & SQL
• experience working within complex enterprise environments involving system integrations and distributed architectures
• proficiency with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• experience providing L3 production support for mission-critical systems, including incident triage and root-cause analysis
• comfort using AI coding assistants (Copilot or similar) as part of a daily development workflow
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
