Role Description The Manager – Product, Finance & Actuarial will lead product planning and execution for financial and actuarial solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define product requirements and roadmaps. This full-time role is on-site in Hyderabad and involves translating complex financial and actuarial concepts into clear product features, user stories, and specifications. The manager will oversee market and competitor analysis, gather feedback from clients and internal teams, and prioritize enhancements to improve portfolio analytics, reporting, and risk measurement capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering for delivery, coordinating user acceptance testing, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring products comply with relevant financial and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in finance or actuarial science, with experience in portfolio analytics, investment products, or insurance domains.
• Demonstrated product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and coordination with engineering teams.
• Ability to interpret and work with quantitative models, financial metrics, and actuarial calculations, and translate them into user-focused features.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and comfort working with large financial datasets to derive insights for product improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, actuarial exams) are an advantage.
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, insurance, or fintech product companies, preferably in an on-site collaborative setup.
