Founding Technical Co-Founder – Fuel Flux Technology
Fuel Flux Technology is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Founding Technical Co-Founder to join our core team and work closely with the Founder in building and scaling our technology platform.
This is a long-term, full-time founding opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of technology, product development, architecture, and future technical team building.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge across multiple areas of technology, including:
- Flutter / Mobile Application Development
- AI/ML and modern AI tools
- OpenCV and Computer Vision
- Camera-based AI/ML applications
- Backend and API integration
- Authentication and database systems
- Cloud deployment and production environments
- Software architecture and development practices
- Git/GitHub and modern development workflows
We are particularly interested in a technology generalist who can understand the complete product lifecycle and learn and implement new technologies when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on product and technology strategy
- Develop and maintain Flutter-based applications
- Contribute to AI/ML and computer-vision products
- Design and integrate APIs, authentication and backend services
- Work on deployment and production environments
- Evaluate and implement relevant AI tools and technologies
- Convert product requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Establish development standards and technical processes
- Participate in technical hiring and build the future engineering team
- Take ownership of product delivery, quality and technical execution

Commitment & Compensation
This is a full-time opportunity and requires a minimum commitment of 1 year.
Initial Phase: The first 4–5 months will be an equity-based founding phase, subject to a mutually agreed written arrangement.
After Initial Phase: Based on performance, contribution and mutual agreement, the engagement will transition to paid compensation + equity.
The detailed equity structure, vesting terms, responsibilities and compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and formally documented through appropriate agreements.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be available to work full-time
- Not be currently employed or committed to another organization
- Be willing to make a minimum 1-year commitment
- Be comfortable with the initial equity-based phase
- Have strong technical and problem-solving capabilities
- Be willing to work in an early-stage startup environment
- Be interested in taking long-term ownership of technology and product development
This opportunity is not intended for part-time, freelance or short-term engagements.
