Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the design, development, optimization, and production deployment of AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven team leadership experience, and a track record of delivering scalable machine learning models from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development, testing, optimization, and deployment of AI/ML models.

Design and implement solutions for classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI use cases.

Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

Establish model evaluation benchmarks, validation processes, and development standards.

Optimize model performance, inference speed, scalability, and resource utilization.

Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, and MLOps teams to deploy and monitor production models.

Implement model retraining, versioning, performance monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure responsible AI practices, model reliability, security, and compliance.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

AI/ML and Deep Learning

Strong understanding of CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, transfer learning, reinforcement learning, and foundation models.

Experience with NLP, computer vision, LLM fine-tuning, and Generative AI.

Frameworks and Programming

Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and MLflow.

Experience in model experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.

Knowledge of R, C++, and CUDA for specialized development and optimization.

Model Optimization

Experience with quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, ONNX, TensorRT, and inference optimization.

Cloud and MLOps

Experience with at least one major cloud AI/ML platform: AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google Cloud Vertex AI.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model serving, distributed training, and production monitoring.

Leadership and Delivery

7–10 years of relevant AI/ML development experience.

At least 4–5 years of experience leading AI/ML teams or implementation projects.

Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions from prototyping to production deployment.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech., M.Tech., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
