Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

• Planning, organizing, and overseeing end-to-end delivery of digital projects such as websites, web apps, ecommerce platforms, and mobile products.
• Daily activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, defining technical requirements, and monitoring progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communication between design, development, QA, and clients, resolve risks and issues, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Preparing project documentation, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Should be technically strong with coding skills and client handling end to end.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple concurrent digital projects and drive successful delivery.
• Effective Team Leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage client expectations.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret requirements, assess risks, solve complex problems, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, agile or hybrid methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing technical or digital product projects in a technology, design, or agency environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
