  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and their application in language model development.
  • Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model training processes.
  • Familiarity with techniques for handling unlabeled text data and unsupervised learning methods.
  • Skilled in evaluating model performance and implementing improvements based on quantitative metrics.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
