Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java full stack development, frontend and backend engineering, web applications, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, automation, and modern software-development practices.

The Full Stack Engineer Java will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, Java backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, testing frameworks, Git, CI/CD, and modern Java full stack technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java full stack development, software engineering, Java development, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Full Stack Engineer Java, Java Full Stack Engineer, Java Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Developer Java, Full Stack Software Engineer, Java Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Backend Engineer Java, Frontend Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend frameworks will be beneficial.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, DOM manipulation, and component-based development.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, query optimization, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management and build tools will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be advantageous.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.
Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or end-to-end testing will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, application deployment, environment configuration, web servers, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, or event-driven architecture will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, input validation, encryption, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, connection pooling, caching, lazy loading, code splitting, scalability, reliability, observability, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, responsive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and translating designs into functional web applications will be beneficial.
Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business, technical, and design requirements and translate them into responsive, scalable, reliable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly Java full stack solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
