About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master RPA & Automation Anywhere to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project delivery, Scrum methodologies, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives using Automation Anywhere. This role requires a blend of Agile leadership, stakeholder management, automation delivery oversight, and technical understanding to drive successful automation programs and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and architects to define automation objectives and delivery plans.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Drive successful execution of automation projects while ensuring adherence to Agile delivery practices.
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
- Review automation solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities for automation initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, Agile artifacts, and automation workflow records.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members involved in automation initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance existing automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Agile delivery and automation technologies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of overall experience in Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, RPA, or Automation programs.
- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Scrum methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project delivery management.
- Extensive experience with Automation Anywhere, including bot creation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation and automation lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint management, release planning, and team performance tracking.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Knowledge of automation governance frameworks and best practices.
- Good understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience working with SQL, database management, and data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath and Blue Prism is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
