Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure server-side applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party services and data sources.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Develop and maintain database schemas and optimize queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in python development.
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework such as Node.js (Express.js), Python (Django, Flask), Java (Spring Boot), Ruby on Rails, or PHP (Laravel).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and MVC architecture.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tools.
