Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms and proficiency in any object-oriented programming language. This is an entry-level position for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in software development. Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Design and develop software applications using object-oriented programming principles and best practices.

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry standards and guidelines.

● Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of software applications.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software solutions are aligned with business needs.

● Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in software development.

● Identify and propose solutions to improve software performance, scalability, and reliability.

● Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. Basic Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● 0-3 years of experience in software development.

● Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

● Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (such as Python, or C#).

● Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

● Familiarity with software development best practices, such as version control, testing, and debugging.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with software development tools and frameworks (such as Git, Maven, Spring, or Django).

● Familiarity with Distributed Database systems

● Knowledge of web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

● Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban).

● Experience with cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) would be an added advantage.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

● Passion for software development and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills.
