Our Team's vision is to build a Global Payment Compliance Platform to support Uber's growth and expansion, while meeting regulatory obligations. As a Senior Product Manager on the Payments Compliance Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of building a world-class compliance platform for all Payments Methods, Products and User Personas in Global Markets. This role is also critical to enable faster scaling of Uber's Global Business while navigating the complex and ever-changing landscape of financial regulations and compliance standards .
What You'll Do
- Define long term vision for charter with Product Leadership focused on New Opportunities and evolving landscape of Global financial regulations and User Needs.
- Build & evolve core capabilities such as KYB (Know your Business), KYC (Know your customer), PRRM (Partner Risk Rating Model), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), ODD(Ongoing Due Diligence), etc. leveraging AI as needed & driving automation.
- Partner with key stakeholders such as Compliance Officers , Comm Ops Leads, Legal, Payments and Operations teams and convert them into Product Requirements.
- Define and prioritise a detailed product roadmap balancing Regulatory Needs, User requirements & Business Growth.
- Align Leadership & cross-org. product teams on Core problems and Influence cross-org. product roadmap collaborating with them for roadmap execution.
- Collaborate and Communicate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data science, Data Engineering, ML, TPM, Compliance Operations & Business Operations to build & deliver high-impact products.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation/feature definition to launch and post-launch feedback & improvements
Basic Qualifications
- 7 + years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience in compliance, regulatory products with strong understanding of compliance Modules & Processes (e.g. AML, KYC, ODD, EDD, Screening, etc.)
- Define and prioritise a detailed product roadmap balancing Regulatory Needs, User requirements & Business Growth.
- Strong technical depth: Able to coordinate large engineering efforts, identify potential technical risks, and act as an effective partner for engineering managers across teams.
- Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs/platforms, ensuring teams operate with minimal noise and a rapid clip of high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate and Communicate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data science, Data Engineering, ML, TPM, Compliance Operations & Business Operations to build & deliver high-impact products
- Experience representing significant areas of work to executives to gather feedback, generate alignment, and garner support.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/quantitative field.

- Has built & managed Internal/Enterprise Platforms at a global scale
- Global experience: Building and launching products that bridge digital and physical worlds across diverse regional contexts.
