About Position:

We are seeking an experienced highly skilled Senior Embedded Windows Application Developer (.NET/WPF) with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Windows-based desktop and embedded applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, WPF, .NET technologies, and embedded Windows platforms. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications for embedded devices while contributing to architecture, development, CI/CD implementation, and product enhancements. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop and embedded applications using WPF, C#, VB.NET, and WinForms.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Implement and maintain MVVM architecture and design patterns for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Develop and enhance applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework technologies.
• Design and implement reusable software components, application services, and business logic.
• Develop software solutions for embedded Windows-based devices and systems.
• Work with Windows CE and other embedded Windows operating systems to support device-specific requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system issues.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, QA, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Automate build, deployment, and release management processes.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Contribute to performance optimization, application stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on core development experience in embedded devices and embedded Windows application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, WPF, .NET Core, .NET Framework, WinForms, and VB.NET.
• Extensive experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Strong understanding and implementation experience of MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working with Windows CE and other embedded Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of build automation, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
