Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Go Developer to join our software

development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested

in backend development, scalable systems, and cloud-native applications using Go (Golang).

The candidate will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-

performance applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs using Go (Golang).
• Assist in building scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers,

DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities in development and testing

environments.

• Learn and adopt modern software development tools, frameworks, and cloud

technologies.

• Basic understanding of Go (Golang) programming concepts.
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development concepts.
• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of JSON, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and web services.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic project, internship, or certification related to Go development.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft

Azure.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
