We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team and work on real-world products and client projects.

Job DescriptionAs a Full Stack Developer at MAS WORLD, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and backend systems. You will work with modern technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.
Build responsive, user-friendly, and interactive frontend interfaces.
Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js / Express.js.
Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
Develop and maintain reusable backend services and business logic.
Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
Debug and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Participate in application testing, optimization, and deployment.
Contribute to React Native mobile application development when required.

Required Skills & QualificationsFrontend Development

Strong knowledge of React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience in responsive UI development.
Understanding of API integration and state management.

Backend Development

Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Experience in developing REST APIs.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and backend security.
Ability to implement business logic and server-side functionality.

Database

Good knowledge of MySQL.
Experience with database design, queries, and relationships.
Understanding of CRUD operations and database optimization.

Mobile Development

Basic to good knowledge of React Native.
Understanding of mobile application development and API integration.

Additional Skills

Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on SaaS platforms or multi-tenant applications.
Knowledge of payment gateway integrations.
Familiarity with real-time applications and WebSockets.
Basic knowledge of Linux servers and deployment.
Experience integrating AI services or third-party APIs.

Eligibility

1–3 years of practical experience in full-stack development.
Strong understanding of the required technology stack.
Candidates with relevant real-world projects or GitHub portfolios are encouraged to apply.
