Tadaaa! is building a platform to help brands, creators, and agencies discover the right partners, manage collaborations, and understand campaign performance. We’re at an early stage and looking for people who want to help shape both the product and how we build it.

The role

As our Founding AI Engineer, you’ll help build the AI-powered features behind Tadaaa! You’ll work closely with the founding team to turn customer problems into practical product capabilities, from creator and brand discovery to campaign workflows and insights.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build AI features using large language models, machine learning, and data-driven workflows.
  • Prototype quickly, test ideas with users, and turn promising prototypes into reliable product features.
  • Build systems for creator discovery, profile enrichment, matching, search, and campaign insights.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, including social profiles, briefs, and campaign information.
  • Integrate model APIs and open-source tools, and assess quality, cost, latency, and reliability.
  • Help establish the product’s AI and data architecture.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and customer conversations.What we’re looking for
  • Experience building and shipping software that uses LLMs or machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs and backend systems.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, evaluation, or AI agents.
  • Good understanding of data modelling, databases, and production software.
  • A practical approach to AI: you can identify where it helps users and how to measure whether it works.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment with changing priorities.Good to have
  • 1+ years of Experience with recommendation systems, search, ranking, or entity matching.
  • Familiarity with creator marketing, social media data, or marketing technology.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, vector databases, and model observability.What you can expect
