Role Overview

Looking for a senior .NET Full Stack Developer to build and support enterprise web applications for a climate-related digital platform. The developer will work across React/TypeScript frontend, C#/.NET Core backend, PostgreSQL database, Azure cloud services, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

The candidate must have recent hands-on experience across the combined technology stack, including Azure API Management (APIM), Microsoft Entra ID authentication, managed identities, automated testing, and secure production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Build backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
  • Implement API security and integrations using Azure APIM, Microsoft Entra ID, and managed identities.
  • Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL queries, schemas, indexes, and migrations.
  • Write automated unit, integration, regression, and API tests.
  • Support Azure DevOps pipelines, deployments, configuration, secrets management, monitoring, and rollback.
  • Follow secure coding practices and remediate software vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Use GitHub Copilot and other approved AI developer tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and release planning.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Recent, hands-on enterprise development experience across the combined .NET, React/TypeScript, Azure, PostgreSQL/SQL, and CI/CD stack.
  • Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, dependency injection, and enterprise integrations.
  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, reusable components, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and API integration.
  • Azure: Azure API Management, Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, cloud deployment, monitoring, and logging.
  • Database: PostgreSQL, SQL, data modelling, indexing, migrations, transactions, and performance optimization.
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, build/release processes, configuration, and secrets management.
  • Quality and security: Automated testing, code reviews, debugging, secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and production support.
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a SAFe Agile, multicultural delivery environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

  • GitHub Copilot, Generative AI, intelligent agents, and AI-assisted development.
  • Current Microsoft Azure, .NET, DevOps, or cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience in climate technology, GHG accounting, sustainable finance, investment operations, or rules-based assessment platforms.
