Job Purpose

This role delivers professional services to customers to ensure the successful implementation and use of the company’s ERP/MIS solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP/MIS consulting services to packaging industry customers, ensuring solutions meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines
• Analyze customer business processes and requirements, and translate them into system configurations and functional solutions
• Lead implementation activities from discovery and design through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Configure and optimize system modules (e.g., estimating, production planning, inventory, costing) to fit customer operations
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable customer users to adopt the system effectively
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, solution designs, and user guides
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management) to resolve issues and deliver integrated solutions
• Identify risks, issues, and scope changes, and escalate them when needed to protect project success
• Provide post-go-live support and recommend process or system improvements to increase customer value
• Build strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for additional services
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ERP/MIS implementation or consulting, preferably within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes, such as estimating, production planning, inventory, purchasing, and costing
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing ERP/MIS systems
• Experience delivering customer training and running workshops with users at different levels
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and handle difficult conversations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
• Working knowledge of databases, SQL, or reporting tools is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) required (mandatory for customer-facing roles)
