About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced product leader to shape the next phase of growth for a high-growth SaaS company. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who can connect business vision, emerging technologies and customer needs to build products that deliver meaningful commercial impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgement with an entrepreneurial mindset, an understanding of AI-driven innovation, and the ability to build and scale high-performing product teams.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Define the long-term product vision and translate business goals into a focused, commercially viable product strategy.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, machine learning, generative AI and intelligent agents to improve product capabilities and create differentiated customer experiences.
• Lead product portfolio planning, ensuring investments are aligned with customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities.
• Drive product discovery through customer conversations, market research, competitive analysis and quantitative insights.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data and Business teams to take ideas from initial validation through development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear product success measures and use performance data to guide prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Build, mentor and develop a strong product management organisation, creating a culture of accountability, customer focus and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on product direction, growth opportunities and strategic business decisions.
• Communicate product priorities, progress and business impact to executive stakeholders.What We're Looking For
• 17+ years of professional experience, with significant experience leading product management teams and shaping product strategy.
• A track record of building and scaling technology products, preferably in SaaS, B2B, B2C or B2B2C environments.
• Experience managing a product portfolio and translating product investments into measurable business results.
• Demonstrated involvement in taking AI/ML-enabled products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle, including data readiness, model integration, deployment considerations, quality evaluation and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLM-based applications and AI agents, including their practical business applications and limitations.
• Experience leading senior product managers and building effective cross-functional operating models.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and confidence in engaging with CEO-level stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial approach, comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to engage directly in problem-solving when required.
