Senior Project Manager

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale UiPath and Agentic Automation initiatives within a global, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving Intelligent Automation programs, managing large-scale delivery teams, and implementing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath and AI-powered technologies. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery expertise to successfully execute complex automation transformation programs.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, including migration projects, new automation builds, enhancements, releases, and hypercare support.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Support Teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, RACI models, SLAs, escalation processes, and delivery standards.
• Drive adherence to Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) standards.
• Oversee code reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness assessments, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with audit controls, security requirements, governance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead adoption of UiPath Agentic Automation capabilities, including AI Center, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, Autopilot, and GenAI integrations.
• Conduct discovery workshops and facilitate requirements gathering, process assessment, and automation opportunity identification.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, value realization, ROI tracking, and automation program governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across multiple functions to align automation initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Oversee production support operations, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor bot performance, platform stability, automation effectiveness, and operational KPIs.
• Support RFP and RFI responses, solution estimation, proposal development, client presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for enterprise automation and Intelligent Automation programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, automation, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in RPA Concepts and UiPath platforms.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale RPA and Intelligent Automation programs in global delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Queues, Assets, Deployment, Monitoring, and Exception Management.
• Hands-on understanding of Agentic Automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Experience with Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and Generative AI integrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application integrations, REST APIs, and SAP/S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience managing project scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, compliance controls, and audit readiness practices.
• Ability to build automation roadmaps, business cases, resource plans, delivery models, and value realization frameworks.
• Experience leading business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong experience in production support models, incident management, and service delivery operations.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, proposal development, and pre-sales engagements.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience working within regulated and compliance-driven business environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
