Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Lab Projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support product qualification, validation, testing, and release readiness activities.
• Facilitate design reviews, program reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
• Maintain action trackers, risk registers, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure alignment between development teams, laboratory resources, and business stakeholders.
• Drive closure of open actions, blockers, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support transition of products from development to production and launch phases.Expected Deliverables

• Program dashboards and performance metrics.Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of Technical Program Management or Project Management experience in Product Development, Engineering, Semiconductor, or High-Tech environments.
• Strong understanding of NPI lifecycle, product development processes, and cross-functional project execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
