Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and React/Angular. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions. Build event-driven applications using Kafka. Design and develop secure, high-performance REST APIs. Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements. Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution.

Mandatory Skills 9-11 years of software development experience Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture Strong experience in Apache Kafka for event-driven systems Frontend development expertise in React.js or Angular Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) Experience with Git, code reviews, and branching strategies Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills Docker & Kubernetes AWS / Azure / GCP Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions JUnit, Mockito MongoDB, Redis OpenShift CI/CD and DevOps practices
