We’re Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Capital Markets & Fintech

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX / Product Designer (7+ years of core UX experience) with deep domain experience in Capital Markets / WealthTech / Trading to take full ownership of feature-level and product-area design initiatives across web and mobile.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-End Product Design: Own complex feature areas from problem discovery to final handoff—including research, user flows, IA, interactive prototypes, and production-ready high-fidelity screens.
  • Discovery & User Research: Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research. Work directly with Product Managers and Data teams to validate hypotheses and translate complex market mechanics into actionable journey maps.
  • Capital Markets Domain Problem-Solving: Design mission-critical, multi-step workflows (order execution, risk analytics, portfolio management, data-heavy dashboards, and onboarding).
  • Engineering Collaboration: Deliver watertight specifications covering complex edge cases, low-latency updates, system states (empty, loading, error), and partner with developers on feasible technical solutions.
  • Design Systems & Mentorship: Maintain and scale design tokens and component libraries across web and mobile; mentor junior designers and champion accessibility and craft.

Non-Negotiable Must-Haves

  • Domain Experience: Prior hands-on experience designing for Capital Markets, Trading Platforms, Investment Banking, WealthTech, or institutional FinTech.
  • Experience Level: Minimum 7 years of pure hands-on UX/Product Design experience. (Note: Graphic, brand, or marketing-only design years will not be considered).
  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently from ambiguity to deployment without hand-holding.
  • Shipped, Live Portfolio: A case-study-driven portfolio showcasing live features currently used by real users—clearly detailing the problem statement, user research, iterative decisions, and measurable business/user outcomes (no Dribbble concepts or AI mockups).
  • Figma Mastery: Expert-level command over auto-layout, interactive variants, advanced component properties, and scalable system structures.
  • Hands-on experience conducting and synthesizing your own usability testing and user research sessions.
  • Proven track record designing high-density data visualizations, trading terminals, or complex transactional funnels.
  • Experience shipping across both responsive web and native mobile apps.
  • Background in high-ownership product environments (product companies/startups with lean design teams).How to Apply
