Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Website Developer role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Website Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Gynae Junction website, ensuring it is visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating third-party services, and optimizing site performance and security. The role involves collaborating with content and design teams to implement new features, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compatibility across devices and browsers. The Website Developer will also monitor site analytics, perform regular updates, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and accessibility.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts and user interface implementation.
Experience in Back-End Web Development and general Web Development, with the ability to build secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Solid Programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks commonly used for modern web applications.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and integrating APIs or third-party services.
Understanding of web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization best practices.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
