Senior Insurance Process Consultant
About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Process/Domain Consultant with strong expertise in US Personal, Auto, and Home Insurance to support a strategic policy rewrite and automation initiative. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding legacy insurance processes, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders and RPA delivery teams to drive successful modernization outcomes. This role requires strong domain knowledge, leadership capability, and experience working in policy administration transformation programs.

What You'll Do:
- Understand, analyze, and document legacy insurance policy rewrite processes, including business rules, workflows, decision points, and exceptions.
- Map end-to-end policy lifecycle processes, including issuance, endorsement, cancellation, renewal, and policy rewrite activities.
- Lead business workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership teams.
- Define and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, solution architects, and UiPath delivery teams.
- Collaborate with RPA teams to clarify process logic, exception scenarios, and automation feasibility.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate business requirements against delivered solutions.
- Conduct process assessments and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Lead and coordinate analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage client communication and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in Process Consulting, Business Analysis, Insurance Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong domain expertise in US Personal, Auto, and Home Insurance.
- Hands-on experience in policy rewrite, modernization, migration, or insurance transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of policy administration processes and insurance operations.
- Excellent process mapping and documentation skills, including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows.
- Experience documenting business rules, decision points, exception handling scenarios, and process dependencies.
- Good understanding of RPA concepts, automation suitability assessments, and rule-based process automation.
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing analysts or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and deployment activities.
