Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an ETL Developer. The ETL Developer will design, build, and maintain ETL processes to support analytics solutions, ensuring efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources into centralized data platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing data integration workflows, collaborating with BI consultants and data engineers to support Sisense-based analytics, and implementing robust data quality and validation checks. The role also involves working on data modeling to support scalable reporting, troubleshooting data pipeline issues, and documenting technical specifications and best practices. The ETL Developer will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with business requirements and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) and ETL Tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Integration and Data Modeling.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational and cloud databases, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is beneficial.
• Background working with BI or analytics platforms (Sisense experience is a plus).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
