The Opportunity
We're looking for an AI Product Builder who can take a product from client requirement to working prototype.
This is not a traditional Product Manager, Designer or Developer role. You’ll operate across all three — understanding the problem, defining the product, designing the experience and using AI-native tools to rapidly build and prototype the solution.
You should be comfortable taking an idea from “Here’s the problem” → “Here’s what we should build” → “Here’s the working prototype.”
What You'll Do
- Understand client requirements, business goals and user problems
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear product concepts and user flows
- Define product scope, features and MVPs
- Design intuitive UX/UI and product experiences
- Use AI and no/low-code tools to rapidly build functional prototypes
- Work with engineers and designers to take concepts further
- Manage the project end-to-end — from discovery to prototype delivery
- Present ideas and prototypes to clients and incorporate feedback quickly
- Make smart trade-offs between user experience, business requirements and technical feasibility
- Use AI tools extensively across research, ideation, design, development and documentation
You'll Probably Enjoy This Role If You Have
- Strong product thinking with good UX/UI fundamentals
- Experience taking products from problem definition to prototype
- A builder mindset — you like making things, not just documenting them
- Comfort working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate designers and developers
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and AI-native product development
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Strong communication, ownership and execution skills
- Curiosity about how AI is changing the way products are built
Experience across B2B SaaS, Banking, FinTech, Enterprise Platforms, Commerce or AI products is valuable.
Success In This Role
Within 3–6 months, you should be able to independently take a client problem, define the right product direction and deliver a high-quality working prototype.
Over time, we expect you to become someone who can own entire product initiatives — from client conversation to shipped experience.
