We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolhapur.

What You'll Do

• Analyze software requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Validate REST APIs, database operations, and application workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Conduct cross-browser, compatibility, and performance testing where required.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, release validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, execution reports, and defect logs.
• Explore test automation tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case design, and test execution.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Good understanding of SQL queries and database validation.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools, Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, or SaaS environments is an added advantage.
