Role Overview

NetAmbit is looking for a Senior Program Manager to build and scale digital lending and insurance distribution programs with banks, NBFCs and insurance partners.

The role will own the complete program lifecycle—from partner integrations and digital customer journeys to growth, performance and P&L. The ideal candidate brings strong fintech product and program management experience, particularly in unsecured loans or credit cards, and can work effectively across business, risk, operations and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Program strategy and execution: Lead programs from concept and scoping through launch and scale, ensuring timely delivery against agreed objectives.
• Partner integrations: Drive end-to-end digital integrations with banks, NBFCs and insurance partners, coordinating business and technical requirements.
• Digital customer journeys: Design and optimise customer journeys to reduce friction, improve completion rates and deliver a seamless experience.
• Growth and engagement: Drive funnel conversion, adoption, retention and cross-sell through data analysis and continuous experimentation.
• P&L and performance: Own program revenue, margins and business outcomes; track key metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Partner management: Build strong partner relationships, resolve dependencies and identify opportunities for new products, partnerships and ecosystem features.
• Operational excellence: Work with technology, risk and operations teams to ensure system reliability, high availability and minimal fraud and operational losses.
• Compliance: Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure programs adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines and partner requirements.
• Cross-functional leadership: Align senior stakeholders across business, risk, operations and technology to deliver scalable, commercially viable and customer-focused solutions.Required Skills & Experience
• 5–6 years of experience in product and program management, with a fintech background in unsecured loans or credit cards.
• Relevant exposure to fintech, payments, merchant acquiring, lending or B2B2C platforms.
• Proven experience managing digital integrations and designing end-to-end digital customer journeys.
• Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to manage program economics and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with field sales and on-ground business and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.Preferred Qualification
