🔑 Key Skills & Requirements

• ServiceNow Integration Hub & Flow Designer: Expertise in spokes and pre-built connectors.
• Enterprise Integrations: Microsoft, Azure, SuccessFactors, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• API Development: Custom Scripted REST APIs and complex data transformations.
• Data Protocols: JSON, XML, SOAP, and RESTful APIs.
• MID Server Management: Configuration, maintenance, and secure connectivity.
• Data Integration & Mapping: Import Sets and Transform Maps for accurate data synchronization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow integration design and implementation.
• Build scalable integrations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Develop custom APIs when out-of-the-box connectors are insufficient.
• Manage MID Servers and ensure reliable, secure connectivity.
• Implement data mapping and synchronization across enterprise systems.

📌 Work from the Bengaluru office is mandatory.
