Role Description
The Entrepreneur in Residence role at Gourmonk Foods LLP is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Pune. This role is designed for individuals who want to launch and scale their own FMCG brands within the Gourmonk ecosystem. Responsibilities include shaping brand strategy, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and driving growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and partnerships. The Entrepreneur in Residence will monitor financial performance, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable expansion. Key tasks involve conducting market and consumer research, evaluating new product opportunities, and leading brand development and customer engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to support operational efficiency and long‑term business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate partnerships, and represent the brand effectively.
