Position Overview:

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant (Implementation) to deliver Certinal’s eSignature and eConsent solutions for enterprise and healthcare clients. You will own implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare, typically running 3-5 projects in parallel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from discovery, configuration and testing to go-live and hypercare
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops with IT, compliance and business teams
  • Configure eSignature and eConsent workflows to meet client security and compliance requirements
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems (EHR / HIS / third-party platforms)
  • Test the configured product end to end before handing it over to the client
  • Own UAT planning, execution, defect tracking and client sign-off
  • Drive go-live readiness, risk mitigation and adoption
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a long-term trusted advisor

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s in a healthcare field is a plus)
  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation
  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms (eSignature, CLM, workflow; healthcare tech preferred)
  • Hands-on UAT experience: test cases, defect tracking and client sign-off
  • Ability to run workshops with the client project head and business teams, and close with decisions and
  • owners agreed
  • Strong client-facing communication, including clear status reports and requirement documents
  • Experience in compliance-driven or regulated environments is a plus
