About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to lead technical development, integrations, and team delivery. The candidate should have strong Salesforce development and MuleSoft integration experience, along with the ability to manage developers and oversee end-to-end technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform capabilities.
- Design and implement Salesforce REST API integrations, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Define Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft and external REST APIs.
- Lead technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Gather and analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Manage and mentor developers, allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure quality delivery.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and authentication mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
- Hands-on MuleSoft development and integration experience.
- Experience in client-facing technical discussions and requirement gathering.
- Proven ability to manage teams, mentor developers, and lead technical delivery.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect
