Program Manager

## Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced *Program Manager* with 20+ years of overall professional experience and a strong background in enterprise program delivery, global project management, stakeholder engagement, and technology transformation. The ideal candidate will lead complex, multi-workstream programs, oversee project managers and delivery teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Experience in HR technology, HCM, global payroll, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale technology implementation programs will be highly preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and transition to operations.

• Develop integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

• Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, steering committee reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

• Manage multiple project managers, cross-functional teams, and geographically distributed delivery teams.

• Build strong relationships with clients, executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.

• Monitor program financials, resource utilization, delivery performance, and overall program health.

• Identify risks, resolve cross-project dependencies, manage scope changes, and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure delivery quality, contractual compliance, process adherence, and alignment with organizational standards.

• Drive organizational change management, continuous improvement, operational readiness, and successful handover to support teams.

• Mentor senior team members, strengthen delivery capabilities, and foster accountability and collaboration.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement, process standardization, and business growth.

## Required Skills and Experience

• 20+ years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience leading complex programs and enterprise-level initiatives.

• Proven experience in program management, portfolio delivery, or large-scale project leadership.

• Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, financial tracking, resource planning, and delivery reporting.

• Experience managing multiple projects, project managers, and cross-functional teams across regions.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Experience with enterprise technology transformation, SaaS platforms, system integration, or large-scale implementation programs.

• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

## Preferred Domain Experience

• Global HR and payroll transformation programs.

• HCM and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Oracle.

• Payroll systems, enterprise integrations, and multinational implementation projects.

• Global service delivery, shared services, and business process transformation.

• Experience working with international clients and geographically distributed teams.

## Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PgMP.

• SAFe Agilist or other recognized Agile certifications.
• - PRINCE2 or equivalent program/project management certification.
