Job Description

UST is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Security Center, Privacy Center, Salesforce Shield, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure Salesforce solutions while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and enterprise security standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, platform security, privacy governance, DevOps practices, integrations, and modern Salesforce technologies.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Development

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
Apex Classes
Apex Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce Pages
SOQL & SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
Strong Salesforce configuration and administration experience

Security & Privacy

Hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Security Center
Salesforce Privacy Center
Salesforce Shield
Expertise in:
Platform Encryption
Event Monitoring
Field Audit Trail
Strong understanding of:
Data Privacy
Data Governance
Compliance Frameworks
Security Best Practices
Experience managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs), consent management, and data retention policies

Agentforce

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Development
Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, setup, and implementation
Experience building AI-powered Salesforce solutions

DevOps & Source Control

Experience with:
Salesforce DX (SFDX)
