Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define product priorities, translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, and manage delivery from discovery to production.2. CRM Ownership
  • Drive the evolution of AAFT Online’s in-house CRM across sales, admissions, academics, student lifecycle management, and internal operations.3. LSQ CRM Management
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ), including lead management, workflows, field mapping, automation, APIs, and integrations with internal systems.4. Technology & Delivery
  • Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to manage backlogs, sprint planning, releases, testing, and production issues.5. Integrations & Automation
  • Own integrations across CRM, LMS, payment gateways, financing partners, and other third-party platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.6. LMS & Academic Platforms
  • Drive product improvements across the LMS, student experience, and academic workflows, focusing on performance, usability, and operational efficiency.7. Payments & Finance Operations
  • Maintain existing payment gateway and lending integrations.
  • Ensure reliable transaction and reconciliation workflows and coordinate the resolution of production issues.8. AI & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities for AI-powered lead qualification, conversational agents, and workflow automation to improve business efficiency.9. Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Academics, and senior leadership to prioritise requirements, align expectations, and ensure timely delivery.10. Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery quality, accountability, and continuity of business-critical systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in digital platforms, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ), including configuration, lead lifecycle management, automation, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product development and cross-functional delivery.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, databases, system integrations, and modern web application architecture.
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, payment systems, or business process automation.
  • Strong requirement gathering, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and measurable product outcomes.
