Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our Capacity Management team and work on enterprise applications supporting infrastructure planning, reporting, automation, and operational decision-making.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications.
- Build backend services, REST APIs, and data-processing components using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly dashboards using React.
- Work with enterprise data sources for data collection, validation, transformation, and processing.
- Develop automation pipelines for reporting, operational workflows, and data quality.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases.
- Support Docker/containerized deployments, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.🤖 AI-Enabled Engineering
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools is highly preferred.
Experience using AI across the SDLC for:
- Code generation
- Unit test development
- Code explanation and refactoring
- Documentation
- Developer productivity improvementCandidates should understand how to use AI responsibly while maintaining code quality, security, testing, and engineering judgment.
