As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless and efficient solutions that enhance client services, applying innovative approaches and modern technologies. Your work is driven by a cloud-first philosophy and agile methodologies, enabling you to address complex business challenges effectively while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  • Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
  • Strong experience in developing both client-side and server-side components using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support cloud-first solutions.
  • Experience working within agile development environments and applying best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code to ensure high performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
