Senior Product Manager
About Us:
Fluent Health is a dynamic healthcare startup revolutionizing how you manage your healthcare and that of your family. The company will provide customers with high-quality, personalized options, credible information through trustworthy content, and absolute privacy. To assist us in our growth journey, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in future success
Job Description:
You'll own one of our product charters: a defined part of the product, its users' outcomes, and the roadmap to get there. You decide what to build and why, with a designer and engineers alongside you from problem to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Your charter's direction. Set the strategy and roadmap, decide what matters now versus later, and say no to the rest.
- The problem before the solution. Talk to users, read the data, and come back with a sharp problem statement, not a feature list.
- Shipping with the team. Write PRDs and user flows engineers and designers can build from, and stay close through grooming, build and release.
- Outcomes, not output. Define what success looks like for each launch, instrument it, and act on what you learn.
- Safe, compliant health product. Work within healthcare guardrails (privacy, data consent, clinical safety, health content rules) and design for trust.
- Shared foundations. Your charter connects to the others. Coordinate with fellow PMs on shared flows, components and decisions, and help shape how the product team works.
Qualifications:
- Past experience of product ownership. 6-8 years as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning a consumer product area end to end.
- Technical fluency. You understand how systems, APIs and data models work well enough to debate trade-offs with engineers, spot hidden complexity, and write specs that hold up. No specific degree required.
- AI and agentic product experience. You've shipped AI-powered or agentic features, not just prototyped them. You know how to design around what models get wrong: testing outputs, human review, and clear limits on what AI decides in a health product. AI tools are also part of how you work every day.
- Strong user judgment. You can sit with users, find the real job behind the request, and turn messy research into clear decisions.
- Clear writing and thinking. Your PRDs and updates are short, specific and easy to act on.
- Comfort with data. You set up events, read funnels and dashboards (we use Mixpanel), and let evidence change your mind.
- Ownership in ambiguity. You don't wait for perfect requirements. You frame the problem, make the call, and course-correct. And you still write your own specs and sit in grooming.
- Design sense. You care about the details of a flow and collaborate closely with designers in Figma.
- Healthtech experience, especially health records, care coordination or consumer health in India
- Familiarity with FHIR, ABDM or clinical terminologies like SNOMED CT
- Experience with India's DPDP Act or other health data privacy rules
- You've used AI tools seriously in your own product work
- You've been the family health manager yourself, or watched someone close to you do it
